By accessing or using ytlooper.com("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YTLooper.

YTLooper is a free, browser-based tool that enables users to loop specific segments of YouTube videos and generate shareable URLs encoding those loop settings. The Service embeds videos via the YouTube IFrame Player API and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms.

YTLooper does not host, store, transcode, download, or redistribute any YouTube video content. All media is streamed directly from YouTube servers.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, or educational purposes, including:

• Looping portions of YouTube videos for music practice, language learning, or study.
• Generating and sharing loop URLs with other people.
• Embedding the Service in personal or educational web pages, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service or YouTube.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service at scale without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• Use the Service to loop, promote, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein.

YTLooper uses the YouTube API Services. By using our Service you are also agreeing to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service and acknowledge that YouTube data and content is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Any video playback, availability, and content is entirely controlled by YouTube and its content policies. YTLooper has no control over video availability, regional restrictions, age gates, or content removals on YouTube.

The YTLooper name, logo, website design, and original source code are the intellectual property of YTLooper and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any notes or text content you enter into the Service. By using the shareable URL feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to include your notes as part of a URL that you choose to share.

All YouTube video content accessed through the Service is owned by the respective video owners and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. YTLooper claims no rights over any YouTube video content.

The Service is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, and the display of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement of the advertised product or service. You agree that we may display ads on the Service without additional compensation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. VIDEO AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON YOUTUBE AND MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YTLOOPER, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YTLooper and its operators, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
